Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NAWS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Types
- Sold-out Order

If your order contains sold-out items, we will contact you by email and arrange a refund.

- Pre-order

If your order includes pre-order items, we will contact you by email and inform you of the arrival time. Items will be shipped after its exact arrival date in our stock, and you will also receive a shipping email after it is shipped.

- Regular Order

Except for pre-orders, most of the orders will be shipped out within 5 business days.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days during Chinese statutory holidays, such as Spring Festival and National Day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for all orders over USD$150. If the order amount is below USD$150, we will charge USD$25 for shipping your package.

Estimation delivery time might vary considering the region of destination and delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unexpected circumstances, such as flight restrictions, bad weather, etc.

Shipping time does not include order processing time. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and shipping will begin after the order is processed. These two belong to two different processes.

Countries and regions that cannot be delivered will be updated from time to time according to the international situation.

Tariffs Payment

Our international shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout. Please note that tariffs are not included in shipping fees.

After clicking on the currency used in your country, if you do not need to pay customs duties, the product page will prompt "Duties and Taxes Included".

If you may be required to pay customs duties, the product page will not display this line of prompts.

Each country has different policies regarding the payment of customs duties. NAWS cannot interfere with whether your package is charged or exempted from customs duties. Please cooperate with the local customs department to pay the customs duties.

Package Damages

NAWS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Package Lost

After our orders are delivered, we will take photos and document them to prove that the package has been delivered. If you lose your package, please ask your neighbor or apartment manager if they saw or took your package by mistake. Please negotiate with the logistics provider or contact our customer service for advice.
